contrary to the Contract we will grieve that. We do not approve of their "policy book".

The Contract has been completed with a 4% increase for 1 year and the Contract date will
now be the same as the on-track agreement. The Union notified the Company timely, what
the Company failed to tell you is their fax was "down" and we had to deliver the notice the
